2024 CONFERENCE

In 2024, we established a gathering of minds that made history.

 

But the thing we're most proud of? We created a new place for connection. Every coach, parent, and player who attended -- many of whom were not basketball coaches -- left better than we found them.

 

We placed an emphasis on honest dialogue, where coaches could feel safe in being like-hearted, but not like-minded. We provided a space for coaches to be authentic, to be challenged, and to be seen-- for exactly where they are now, and for who they will continue becoming.

 

The mission of CTG is both to hold and to raise the standard for women in the space, and to do so every year in the same location as the Women's Final Four. Whenever you're ready to join us there, we'll welcome you with open arms, and we'll hold the standard.
